Pre-installation FAQ
The gSuite Enterprise installation is based on new Microsoft software distribution technology known as ClickOnce (http://msdn.microsoft.com/clickonce/). This technology facilitates the ease of download, installation, and upgrade of software applications via the internet. ClickOnce is designed as 1-Step trouble-free installation procedure, noting, within certain environments some security restriction may be in-place.
In such environments where this technology is subject to security restrictions, please refer to our FAQs (http://www.levelsoft.net/faqs.aspx). If you are unsure, please contact your local network\PC administrator.
Pre-requisites
The following components are required by gSuite Enterprise:
Prior to installing gSuite Enterprise, all pre-requisite components must be installed on your computer. gSuite Enterprise will automatically ensure these components are downloaded and installed before the application runs.
Alternatively these components packages may be downloaded and installed prior to installing gSuite Enterprise. Care must be taken to install these packages in the following sequence (recommended by Levelsoft for large number of installations).
Installation
To begin, you may download gSuite Enterprise from the following internet address.
In order to maximize gSuite Enterprise thereby yielding the true nature of Levelsoft SR-Link web services we recommend you register with us online. Once you have completed your registration with us you may use your registration details to activate your free trial offer for all SR-Link services.

After you have downloaded and installed gSuite Enterprise, you may start the application by selection the Windows START MENU shortcut, located at. START -> All Programs -> Levelsoft -> Levelsoft gSuite Enterprise.
Creating an application configuration file
Once the application has started; you must first create an application configuration file and amend your Levelsoft credentials and save this file for later use. This configuration file will hold all configuration setting for application and services. To create you first configuration file perform the following tasks.
- Choose the menu option FILE -> NEW (assigns GUEST credentials).
- Choose the menu option FILE - > CONFIGURATION -> GENERAL.
- Within the portal security section press the edit button to the right.
- This open a window asking for you credentials.
- Enter your Levelsoft portal credentials provided to you.
- Press the "Accept" button.
- Choose the menu option FILE - > SAVE.
- This opens a windows asking for the filename.
- Enter a unique filename (i.e. "gSuite-Enterprise-General-Setting.xml").
