Some time ago we toying with the idea of adding mapping facilities into gSuite Enterprise, a concept we had envisioned from the early stages of development into gSuite Enterprise. By adding mapping facilities we could direct our users to retail locations, plot and visualise outlet distributions, and allow proximity searches.

During earlier versions of gSuite Enterprise we introduced road maps, which worked out fine, but it just did not have the panache or usability we had originally envisioned. Wouldn't it be great is we could plot a distribution of retail stores on a map, and then zoom in, survey the lie-of-the-land, and retrieve detail on each store, basically interactive retail mapping capabilities.

Here's a first preview of what we are working on and we plan to introduce to gSuite Enterprise in the near future, of course we hope you like it and look forward to your comments.
